Mr. Herbert was born in Frankfort, Kentucky and raised near Hickory Corners, Michigan. He completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan (2003) and received his Juris Doctorate at Michigan State University College of Law (formerly Detroit College of Law) in 2006.
